MARPOL COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

This document confirms that the Oceans Assured™ product range has been assessed against the requirements of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL), Annex V - Regulations for the Prevention of Pollution by Garbage from Ships.

All products within the Oceans Assured™ range have been formulated and independently reviewed to ensure that, when used in accordance with standard operating practices, the final formulations are not classified as harmful to the marine environment under applicable CLP/GHS criteria.

The products are classified as non-hazardous under CLP/GHS criteria and are not identified as Persistent, Bioaccumulative, or Toxic (PBT) substances.

Accordingly, Oceans Assured™ products are deemed suitable for use onboard vessels and may be discharged at sea in line with the provisions of MARPOL Annex V, subject to compliance with flag state requirements and local environmental regulations.

This statement applies to all products within the Oceans Assured™ range unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product label packaging or accompanying documentation.
