This document confirms that the Oceans Assured™ product range has been assessed against the requirements of UK REACH and EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals).

UK REACH and EU REACH are regulatory frameworks designed to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment through the identification, assessment and responsible management of chemical substances placed on the market.

All products within the Oceans Assured™ range have been formulated and independently reviewed to ensure that, when used in accordance with standard operating practices, the associated risks to human health and the environment are appropriately controlled and communicated in line with applicable REACH requirements.

Substances used within formulations are assessed in accordance with relevant REACH obligations, including registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction requirements where applicable. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are prepared in accordance with REACH and CLP requirements and are made available to downstream users to support safe handling and use.

Where applicable, substances of very high concern (SVHC) are monitored in line with REACH obligations, and appropriate communication is provided through the supply chain to support compliance with Article 33 requirements.

Accordingly, Oceans Assured™ products are supplied in accordance with the principles of UK REACH and EU REACH, ensuring that relevant risk management measures are clearly defined and that products can be used safely within their intended applications.
