ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
GRP Sealer UV is a premium high-gloss UV-protective poly-coating designed specifically for fibreglass (GRP) boats. Engineered with advanced polymer technology, it delivers a durable, long-lasting protective layer while enhancing the surface with an intensely reflective, ultra high-shine finish.
It can be used as a stand-alone alternative to Smooth Opacity UV Polish, or applied as a secondary sealing coat to lock in wax, increase depth of gloss and maximise UV protection.
All products produced after 2025 have been reformulated to ensure they are non-harmful to the marine environment, fully MARPOL Annex V compliant and completely non-hazardous.
PROVEN PERFORMANCE
Independent laboratory testing using Accelerated Weathering and UV Damage simulation (240 hours under extreme temperature fluctuations and UV exposure) confirmed:
“After 240 hours of Accelerated Weathering and UV Damage testing the sample with the coating was visually far better than the no-coating sample.”
This demonstrates industry-leading UV durability and long-term surface protection.

INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure the GRP surface is clean, dry and free from previous contamination.

Apply GRP Sealer UV directly onto a clean microfibre cloth or applicator pad.

Spread evenly across the surface using smooth, overlapping strokes.

Allow the coating to bond and haze lightly.

Buff to a high-gloss finish with a clean, dry cloth.

For maximum protection and shine, apply as a secondary coat over waxed surfaces.

Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application to ensure suitability.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Dispose of the container in accordance with MARPOL Annex V requirements and local legislative guidance where relevant.
