August Race™ DECK MATE is a highly effective, non-hazardous cleaner specifically formulated for the safe and gentle removal of dirt, grime and salt deposits from synthetic teak decking. Its controlled cleaning action lifts contamination without damaging the grain structure or altering the appearance of modern composite decking materials.

All products produced after 2025 have been reformulated to ensure they are non-harmful to the marine environment, fully MARPOL Annex V compliant and completely non-hazardous.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Spray DECK MATE directly onto the synthetic teak surface.

• Using the sponge applicator provided or a soft bristle brush, work the product gently into the grain.

• Wipe clean using a fresh microfibre cloth to lift residue and loosened dirt.

• Rinse thoroughly with clean water to reveal a uniform, refreshed finish.

• Repeat as required for heavily soiled areas.

Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application to ensure suitability.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Dispose of the container in accordance with MARPOL Annex V requirements and local legislative guidance where relevant.
