ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
LR Sealer UV is our next-generation, ultra high-performance RIB tube sealer, engineered to deliver exceptional UV protection across a wide range of materials, including smooth and fabric-impression finishes. A little goes a very long way — the formulation absorbs rapidly into the tube surface, providing an industry-leading shield against UV degradation while imparting an even, long-lasting, glossy finish.
All products produced after 2025 have been reformulated to ensure they are non-harmful to the marine environment, fully MARPOL Annex V compliant, and completely non-hazardous.
This advanced treatment replaces our previous RIB tube protector (Liquid RIB UV), offering superior durability, higher UV resistance and enhanced environmental credentials.
PROVEN PERFORMANCE
An independent Accelerated Weathering and UV Damage test was carried out under extreme temperature fluctuations and UV exposure designed to replicate central European climate conditions.
Independent lab conclusion:
“After 240 hours of Accelerated Weathering and UV Damage testing, the sample with the coating was visually far better than the no-coating sample.”
This validates LR Sealer UV as an industry-leading protective treatment for long-term tube preservation.
